MIXMASTER

In order to optimize and economize the usage of water-soluble lubricants and coolants, KENCI offers a range of automatic mixers

These equipments do not need electricity to work, as the act thanks to the pressure of the water supply.

We have a very economical device, the MIXMASTER from CIMCOOL, which is based on the principle of the venturi effect. The mixer is assembled on the coolant drum and connected to the water supply. Installing a dispenser nozzle we obtain an exact mixture of the coolant or cutting fluid.

Each MIXMASTER is delivered with a complete set of 14 dispenser nozzles for different cutting fluids and water pressures. The equipment comes with all the hoses and fixtures for an immediate set up.

For situations where there are water pressure changes, we can offer a volumetric mixer, typeDOSATRON. This dispensers prepare an exact mixture regardless of the fluctuations in water pressure, temperature or viscosity of the mixed products.
