There are two ranges of maintenance carriages CLEANSPEED.

Equipments for treating polluting oil and fine particles via an air flotation process and decantation. They also have another feature to elongate coolant life; with oxygenation the growing of bacteria is limited. Its usage is intended for water based cutting fluids, as emulsions, semi-synthetics and synthetics. There are mobile equipments as well as fixed.

We also offer a more complex range of CLEANSPEED units for reconditioning or recycling that uses the processes described as well as filtration screens with calibrated nominal porosities (5, 10, 25, 50 µm).

Another special feature of this range of CLEANSPEED advanced equipments (patented process) is the usage of a de-silting system by means of a counter-flow pulse, which avoids the need of using a consumable filtering device.

With its 3 built-in pumps it can execute aspiration, filtration, return and oil disposal simultaneously and automatically.

There are mobile and fixed models. In the second case there are sizes that act as centralized treating systems. You can also be offered configurations to treat the water based cutting fluids previously mentioned, and also degreasing baths and pure cutting oils.

THE 10 ADVANTAGES

1. IT DOES NOT USE CONSUMABLE FILTERS.
The filtering systems do not contain disposable filters but stainless steel filters 15, that will be de-silted automatically.

2. THREE STEPS FOR TREATMENT
The systems work in three steps for treatment. According to the last technology it is unavoidable for a correct treatment:

a.) Eliminate sludge and chips up to a size of 2µm, depending on the application.

b.) Eliminate polluting oil and bacteria by means of a built-in dirty tank, automatic ventilation and circulation of the means, finding itself in the system during a stop.

c.) Additional filter to eliminate light oils (with density similar to the coolant)

d.) Replacement tank with depurated means.

3. EASY AND QUICK EVACUATION of sludge, chips and oil.

4. MINIMUM ENERGY AND MAINTENANCE COSTS, e. g. 1-2 kW for the treatment of 1m³ of coolant.

5. AUTOMATIC ADAPTATION OF THE MOTORS TO 3-PHASE POWER in case of changing the socket.

6. EASY HANDLING like an industrial vacuum cleaner.

7. TREATMENT OF DIFFERENT MEANS.

The filtration systems are ideal for the treatment of coolant, oils and degreasing baths. Quick draining of the rapid tank, helped by the vacuum and the slant bottom.

8. MINIMUM SPACE.

The 600-liter equipment occupies 0,92 m².

9. ADJUSTABLE SUPPORT.

The suction hose is fixed with an adjustable support for easy handling.
