According to Law 15/1999 of December 13th about Personal Data Protection (LOPD), all data provided by the user will be incorporated to an automated file which will be processed only for the aim described. Personal data will be treated with the appropriate level of protection, according to Real Decreto 994/1999 of June 11th, taking the necessary security measures to avoid alteration, loss, unauthorized treatment or access from third parties who can use them for aims which are not the ones requested to the user.
